"The youth of America are precious. I feel it is very important to protect their honor and dignity as they grow up in an especially challenging world. That’s why I have a strong affinity for helping adolescents fight against discrimination based on race, ethnicity, language and gender, and advocate for individuals, programs and organizations that help our youth overcome social injustice."
