On a fall morning not long ago, Congressmember Karen Bass and philanthropist Fran Jemmott, who have often met over their own kitchen tables, sat down at Liberty Hill's Kitchen Table. Both have been Liberty Hill Board members and have played important roles not only in the Foundation's evolution, but in the maturation of L.A.'s movement for social justice.
