Liberation Fund PROM at The LINE Los Angeles
The Liberty Hill community joined Liberation Fund community partners from across Los Angeles at the recent Liberation Fund Prom, celebrating the collaborative’s work to end the incarceration of girls and gender-expansive youth in LA County. Liberty Hill believes the people most affected by injustice should be leading the fight for change—from the protest march to the ballot box. Liberty Hill’s Liberty Vote! initiative supports frontline grassroots organizations that engage in electoral organizing, advocacy, and other civic engagement strategies in Los Angeles County.

In this special Pride Month edition of Grantee Highlights, we’re highlighting Liberty Hill community partners and grantees that are leading the charge and advancing the movement for LGBTQ+ Justice in L.A. Help us celebrate the great work being led here locally by frontline LGBTQ+ Justice organizers and advocates fighting to end discrimination and exclusion of the LGBTQ+ community.
Upcoming: Grand Performances Pride Poetry Night
Pride Month is here, and this year Liberty Hill is thrilled to announce a new partnership with Grand Performances to celebrate the season! Mark your calendar and join us this Friday, June 28th for a special summer night poetry event celebrating the legacy of Pride hosted by the award-winning Poet Laureate of West Hollywood, Jen Cheng!
OUT Fund Night at “A Strange Loop”
Liberty Hill’s OUT Fund giving circle recently hosted a special Pride Month outing and pre-show reception for a performance of the award-winning Broadway musical, A Strange Loop. Liberty Hill will be closed for Summer Break between Monday, July 1st and Friday, July 5th. We recognize the hard work and dedication of our dedicated Liberty Hill team and believe that offering a Summer Break will promote employee well-being, work-life balance, creativity, and productivity.
