Data Manager [Apply Here]
The position will serve as the primary Liberty Hill employee responsible for tracking activities and outcomes of Stay Housed LA, and will report to the Senior Director of Programs. The desired outcome is to coordinate data management activities for Stay Housed LA immediately, and gradually to take on 100% of the data management responsibilities associated with Stay Housed LA by the end of June 2026. Success looks like acquiring this expertise and building the partnerships needed to coordinate data collection and management from community-based organizations both effectively and efficiently.

Reporting to the Director, Grantmaking and Capacity Building and collaborating closely with the Senior Director of Youth and Transformative Justice, the Program Manager will play a pivotal role in advancing Liberty Hill's Youth Justice Initiatives. In the first twelve months, this role will work on a new initiative with the Los Angeles County Department of Youth Development (DYD) to establish the Youth Development Incubation Academy.
Senior Director, Marketing Communications [Apply Here]
The Senior Director, Marketing Communications (SDMC) will report to the Chief Communications Officer and collaborate closely with the Communications team to shape and execute Liberty Hill’s marketing strategy. This role oversees key marketing efforts, including digital marketing, event marketing, social media, content marketing, and an annual marketing campaign designed to expand engagement, increase influence, and reinforce Liberty Hill’s position as the leading progressive funder in the region.
