Finance Careers
The finance team is responsible for managing the official records for the Foundation. This includes processing all incoming and outgoing monies, preparing reports to our various constituents (staff, management, Board of Directors, Donors, regulating authorities).
See Open PositionsWhen career opportunities at Liberty Hill become available, we post them on this page and through social media and email blasts. You can sign up for our email list here, and find us on Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram.
You can also send us your resume or other portfolio materials in anticipation of open positions — whether full-time, part-time, temporary, permanent, or internships — via our career leads reserve so we can inform you of future openings if your experience is a match.
We are actively seeking to build a diverse and inclusive team with a wide range of backgrounds, perspectives, and skills to support the incredible diversity of grassroots organizing across the country. Liberty Hill has a COVID-19 vaccine policy for employees.

Welcome Our Newest Hillers

Every step from our founding more than 40 years ago has prepared us to rise to the challenge of this time together—a community of activists, leaders, donors, visionaries, and fighters for justice all united in a common goal to advance social justice and equity.
