Call for Applications: Miller-Wolf-Phillips Award for Community Impact
We’re excited to share that the Miller-Wolf-Phillips Award for Community Impact, a fund managed by VIVA Strategy and administered by Liberty Hill Foundation, is now accepting applications!
This award supports young people across Southern California who helping build healthier, safer, and more equitable communities every day. At a time when our communities are facing relentless attacks and rising rent prices are making it increasingly difficult to live and remain rooted in the region, the MWP award aims to offer meaningful support and relief.
The MWP Award exists because we believe deeply that community impact should not come at the expense of personal stability. Our goal is to help make it more feasible for young people to live their passion and pursue careers for good, while continuing to show up for their communities. Movement and community work is essential, and it deserves to be sustainable.
Designed to help offset financial strain, the MWP Award has supported past recipients with essential expenses such as childcare, rent, healthcare, student loan payments, and transportation costs.
