New Financial Wellness Series Launched this Spring!
A crucial part of Liberty Hill’s Capacity Building strategy is to co-create tools and resources with community partners that are necessary to engage in long-term power building and movement building.
As part of this on-going strategy, Liberty Hill has launched a new Financial Wellness series! The series provides community organizers and leaders with the support needed to strengthen their organizational infrastructure and build financial wellness.
The five-part series—co-designed and facilitated by Diana Zúñiga of Tres Lunas Consulting—provides group coaching and peer support to community partners so that they can successfully meet their self-determined goals for growth and sustainability.
Launched earlier this Spring, the monthly series will feature both in-person as well as virtual convenings for community organizers and CBO leaders who are working to advance movements and are tasked with resource generation.
The series will examine various topics related to financial wellness and financial goals including organizational financial budgeting and management as well as financial responsibilities across different organizational structures.
Through collaboration and capacity building opportunities like this one, Liberty Hill hopes that our grantees and community partners will have access to the tools and resources they need to advance their movements for a just L.A for all.
