Senior Manager, Grants [Apply Here]

The Senior Manager, Grants (SMG) will administer and coordinate all competitive, partnership, and donor-advised grantmaking at Liberty Hill in collaboration with the Director, Capacity Building and Grantmaking, which totals upwards of $20 million annually. You will be responsible for coordinating the cyclical grantmaking process for The Fund for Change and Liberty Vote programs, Liberty Hill’s primary competitive grantmaking programs that distribute approximately $1 million. This role will execute operations from letters of inquiry to proposals and site visits to grant awards and reports. This includes management of the Community Funding Board, a cornerstone of Liberty Hill grantmaking. 

Grant Accountant [Apply Here]

Under the Controller's general supervision, the Grant Accountant performs all tasks related to processing payroll (bi-weekly) for about 45 employees in a timely and accurate manner, including providing support to employees as relates to time entry. The Grant Accountant is responsible for generating all payroll-related journal entries and payment requests for vendors providing payroll and other benefits to LHF. The Grant Accountant is also responsible for invoicing funders on all cost reimbursement contracts with the Director of Contract Compliance and Administration.

The Compliance Director at Liberty Hill Foundation ensures adherence to all federal, state, county, and municipal regulations, particularly those governing 501(c)(3) public charities. This role oversees compliance with government contracts, grants with significant compliance requirements, lobbying activities, and election-related prohibitions. The Compliance Director coordinates across teams to maintain a comprehensive Compliance Program that safeguards the organization’s reputation, assets, and nonprofit status while supporting its mission to reach our north star goal.

Senior Donor Organizer [Apply Here]

Reporting to the Vice President of Advancement, the Senior Donor Organizer (SDO) will collaborate across our teams to conceptualize, plans and execute educational programming and events that engage, grow and nurture our network of diverse Donor Activists committed to transformative action through giving. This role will focus on creating and leading dynamic programming for Liberty Hill’s highly engaged donor community, including DAFs and Giving Circle members.
