Program Director, Thriving Communities [Apply Here]

The Program Director for Thriving Communities holds a critical role in driving forward the organization’s mission and goals in the area of Environmental Justice. This role involves managing strategic planning, executing programs, supporting the Thriving Communities grant process, and assessing the program’s impact on community well-being. Collaborating with diverse stakeholders, the Program Director will manage projects, ensure adherence to grant requirements, and advocate for social justice principles which are central responsibilities for this position.

Senior Grants Writer, Foundation and Government Grants [Apply Here]

Liberty Hill Foundation is actively seeking a seasoned Senior Grants Writer to assist with Foundation and Government grants. Reporting directly to the VP of Advancement, this pivotal role will involve leading efforts to secure and steward grants from a diverse range of external sources. As the Senior Grants Writer, you will play a crucial role in researching and evaluating grant opportunities and serving as the primary grant writer for the foundation. Your responsibilities will extend to meticulously coordinating the entire lifecycle of grants, from initial prospecting to final closeout.

Program Director, Ready to Rise [Apply Here]

Liberty Hill Foundation is seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to join their youth justice team as the Program Director for the Ready to Rise initiative. Over the past decade, Liberty Hill has partnered with community-based organizations, private foundations, and government agencies to achieve several key goals: reducing youth arrest and incarceration rates, closing youth prisons, and investing in holistic youth development.

Staff Accountant [Apply Here]

Liberty Hill Foundation is actively seeking a Staff Accountant. Under the Controller's general supervision, the Staff Accountant performs all tasks related to processing payroll (bi-weekly) for about 45 employees in a timely and accurate manner, including providing support to employees as relates to time entry. The Staff Accountant is responsible for generating all payroll-related journal entries and payment requests for vendors providing payroll and other benefits to LHF. The Staff Accountant is also responsible for invoicing funders on all cost reimbursement contracts with the Director of Contract Compliance and Administration.

Program Coordinator [Apply Here]

The Program Coordinator will work collaboratively with key program stakeholders providing administrative support in grantmaking, training, coalition priorities and functions. The Program Coordinator will also support billing, invoicing, and budget management with vendors and government partners. This position also supports both in-person and virtual event and workshop logistics. Finally, this role will be key to developing program materials, communication with partners, and data entry into relevant databases.
