Director, Housing Justice [Apply Here]
The Director of Housing Justice will join an innovative, nimble team to support community organizations working to protect and preserve affordable housing while building tenant power to win and implement crucial policy change. You will lead administration of the Stay Housed LA (SHLA) program in participation with the Legal Aid Foundation of Los Angeles. Spearheading SHLA’s implementation while supporting campaigns and policy to ensure a permanent eviction defense program in Los Angeles County.

Reporting to the President and CEO, the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) will be a steward for Liberty Hill’s financial health and lead in standardizing fiscal operations and building fiscal policies and procedures across the organization. Overseeing an eight-person finance team, the CFO is responsible for directing the financial and budgetary operations of the Foundation. As a key member of the Executive Team, the CFO will work across the organization to create transparent and effective practices.

Reporting to the President and CEO, the Chief Program Officer (CPO) is responsible for leading the Foundation’s grantmaking, programs, and foundation and government revenue-raising activities. Serving as a key member of the Executive Team, which includes the CEO, the Chief Operating Officer, the Chief Financial Officer, the Chief Communications Officer, and the Chief Philanthropy Officer, and overseeing a 19-person staff including program, grant, and fundraising professionals, the CPO will develop strategies to advance Liberty Hill’s mission and create systems to increase its impact.
