Nisha Randhava

Chief Advancement Officer

Hill
I was raised with social justice as a core value rooted in service, dignity, and responsibility to others. Centering and listening to all voices, while supporting communities in advocating for themselves, is essential to this work. Liberty Hill’s commitment to grassroots leadership and shifting power to those most impacted by injustice reflects these values and makes it a place where this work feels both meaningful and impactful.

Nisha Randhava leads the organization’s individual philanthropy strategy during a period of growth and long-term investment in social justice and progressive movements across Los Angeles.

Prior to joining Liberty Hill, Nisha held senior fundraising leadership roles at The Nature Conservancy, the ACLU of Southern California, and the Los Angeles Alliance for a New Economy (LAANE). Her work has focused on major donor engagement and the development of fundraising strategies that support movement-building organizations and align philanthropy with long-term social change.

Nisha believes that philanthropy, like organizing, is most effective when grounded in strategy, research, and authentic relationships. She is motivated by the opportunity to connect donors more deeply to movement work and to help build a durable community of supporters committed to justice.

She holds a Master of Public Administration from the University of Washington, along with a certificate in International Development and Technology Entrepreneurship, and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Loyola University Chicago. Nisha is originally from Los Angeles County.
