Justice Amplified: Inside Conversations from the Frontlines LIVE
What an incredible night!
Our live recording of Conversations from the Frontlines brought the energy, the ideas and an incredible audience of Liberty Hill donor activists, grantee partners, and allies together for a fearless conversation around, “Dismantling Patriarchy & Building Community Through Philanthropy.”
Moderated by Liberty Hill President & CEO Shane Murphy Goldsmith, the discussion featured powerhouse voices—renowned authors Anna Malaika Tubbs and Hali Lee—as they dug deep into the roots of racism and sexism and reimagined what community-based giving can look like.
Anna’s groundbreaking book, “Erased: What American Patriarchy Has Hidden from Us,” charts a path beyond entrenched hierarchies of race and sex that dominate American history.
Hali’s new work, “The Big We: How Giving Circles Unlock Generosity,” reimagines the future of impact giving, placing power in the hands of communities and showing how collaborative models are reshaping the future of giving.
Together, they explored how creativity, feminism, and collective spirit can dismantle patriarchy and advance gender justice.
A huge thanks to our event co-hosts, Liberty Hill’s X Fund Giving Circle, and to our amazing studio audience for making this night unforgettable!
